Lock is BROKEN - does come with key. Latches and hinges have some rust and oxidation. Inside has scuffs/scratches/dirt/dust. Outside has indents from improper storage and age. Outside cover may have a few spots of dirt/paint/scuffs/scratches. Please see photos for more detail.
Additional Details:
You will receive (1) black 8 track carrying case which holds (24) tapes. This case does come with the key - but the lock is broken. You have to "jiggle" the key in order for it to pop loose.
