    What you are viewing is a Rare Vintage Wire Record Holder with "Flip" Feature.  This record holder allows for 24 LP's or 45's and flips from front to back for ease of viewing.  This feature is rare and hardly ever found.
    The holder is 9 1/4 inches across at the base and 6 1/4 inches tall.  All of the sleeves move freely.
    The company name is printed on the label in Japanese and gives model # 792495.
    This would make a very nice display piece for your vinyl collection.
