  • Condition: (please read) Cosmetically this unit is in great shape. No cracks or scratches on the body! It was taken good care of. Very little signs of age or use....I don't think it was used much. The handle, hinges, and latches are still nice and strong. The speaker fabric is in good shape with no holes, snags, or rips. The metallic areas on the 8-track player and phonograph top have no dings or dents. All knobs and switches physically rotate and move. Both speaker wires and connectors looks to be in good physical condition with no cuts. Light surface rust on outside latches. Some light signs of wear around speaker edges. The needle is ready for use and still even has it plastic orange cover. When plugged in I couldnt get any sound but there was power to the unit. The 8-track lights did light up and a faint sound could be heard when a record was manually rotated. This unit will need some work to be fully functional but I don't think it will take much.

    Description

    EXREMELY RARE!  This is the only one of these currently for sale or that has recently sold on this site.  I couldnt even find a picture of this model online.  The only information I could find is where to buy replacement needles.
    FANTASTIC vintage VOICE OF MUSIC model VM569.  RECORD PLAYER CHANGER 8-TRACK COMBO.  Four speed (78, 45, 33, 16).
    BEAUTIFUL SIMULATED WOOD GRAIN!  Cool looking metallic panels.  This screams 1970's and would be a talking point of any living room.  Convenient fold up design but will fill a table top when open.
    Approximate dimensions when closed 21" x 15" x 9 1/2".
    These are getting harder to find as records and 8-tracks come back in style.  Please be 100% sure that you are comfortable with vintage electronics...how they sound, and their maintenance.  This is a heavy and large unit and is being sold as is.
    It will be protected well and insured.
