Vintage Unique Silver Fancy Spray Container

Description

This unique piece is a silver spray or watering device in good shape. I believe it is silverplate though it is non magnetic and seemed to test for real silver with rubbing on a stone and testing with acid . However I did not want to cut into it to test deeper and it just seems to feel like silverplate to me.It did polish pretty well with 1 spot near the spout that I could not get clean,It has a lever at the top that pushed down and moves something inside. So this is my best guess and if anyone has another idea please let me know.It measures 6 1/4" tall.
