Vintage Towle Silver Plate Warmer/Chafing Dish With Stand & Lid.  No Glass Insert or Burner is Included.  Stand has Lion Feet.  It is marked "Towle" on the bottom.
Measures 9" in diameter and approx. 10 1/2" tall (would be taller with glass insert).   The silver plate does have tarnish but I lightly polished the lid which cleaned up easily & looks great.
