This listing is for the Collectible Hotel spoon / bottle opener as shown
.  Made in USA, in Chicago.  Probably was used in their bar or restaurant, kinda cool.  This hotel was built or opened in 1912, took up an entire city block in Portland, Oregon and still exists as the Embassy Suites.
