    Description

    This listing is for a vintage/antique hand painted porcelain plate with sailing ships and a windmill in the background.  Condition is excellent, no chips, cracks, nicks, or utensil marks.  This plate is signed by the artist on the front of the plate.  The name Opal Saltis appears to the left of the dingy with a date that looks like '68.  Measures 10" in diameter and stands 1" tall.  Wonderful collectible Dutch scenic plate and would look good as a wall hanging or on display in a china cabinet.
