    Hello everyone. Welcome to my auctions. Here I am presenting a gorgeous group of three large stems in the
    ROSE POINT
    etched
    pattern in crystal. This piece was produced by
    CAMBRIDGE GLASS CO.
    from Cambridge, Ohio
    . CAMBRIDGE
    was one of the most famous glass houses in America.
    CAMBRIDGE
    produced hundreds of patterns and introduced many beautiful colors. Among the many etched patterns produced by this great glass company there was the
    ROSE POINT
    pattern.
    ROSE POINT
    was first produced in 1934.  It was introduced to the trade January 7, 1935.   It was an immediate success for the
    CAMBRIDGE GLASS CO.  The greatest part of the success of ROSE POINT must be accounted for by its beauty.  The delicate floral vines surrounding an elaborate medallion were copied from a French Lace, long popular with brides in America.  Much of the ROSE POINT found today was originally wedding crystal.  ROSE POINT
    was made in a variety of pieces and in several blanks.
    ROSE POINT
    is without any doubts the most recognized and the most collected of the
    CAMBRIDGE GLASS etched
    patterns. Here we have a gorgeous group consisting of three large stems.  These are ICED TEA stems.  They have flared sides.   The stems have a height of aprox. 6 - 3/4  inches.  They hold aprox. 12 ounces.  These are the
    NO. 3i21 ICED TEA stems.
    This group is in very good condition and it is
    FREE
    of chips, cracks, nicks or damage
