This is an AWESOME VINTAGE FIND
*Found in a Tin that was loaded with Buttons (that were still on original cards) from 1951 through 1963
Patch is 4" Tall at Tallest point and just over 3.25" Across at it's Widest point
White Material is
believed to be
Felt
ALL color Portions are like a Vinyl Material ... NOT paint, but they have that rubbery feel.
Though I cannot Confirm or provide provenance ... Size and Shape of the patch seem to indicate this was for the Corps., Band, or another Student Group
... and not just a 'General Public' Patch
...
