Thermo Forma 3950 Reach-In CO2 Incubator: Thoroughly Tested & Working
Professionally inspected, serviced, and tested here at the NLS tech shop, this Forma 3950 offers good value for any lab looking for high-capacity carbon dioxide incubation. Aside from the humidity reservoir's automatic filling, every aspect of this incubator is confirmed to work without issue.
Included with this incubator are 3 stainless steel shelves and a power cable. Additionally, it's backed by a 90-day warranty in the slim chance something malfunctions.
Reached Set Temperature Quickly & Held Steadily
After some cleaning and service, our technical staff filled the incubator's humidity reservoir and powered it on. It reached +37°C in less than an hour and held there steadily. Below is a rundown of all our testing.

Notice:
The only aspect that didn't function was the humidity reservoir's automatic filling. The float switch nor the fill valve work. However, the humidity reservoir can still be filled manually according to the process outlined in the manual.
We advise changing the water in the reservoir at least once a month.
In Fair Cosmetic Condition
With scrapes and scuffs across the side panels, this incubator has definitely seen past usage. However, its functionality remains uninhibited by its lackluster cosmetics, so you can rest assured that this Forma 3950 will work well in your lab. We advise reviewing the photos prior to purchase.

Standard shipping methods are chosen at our discretion, either by USPS First-Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. If you opt not to have express shipping, you will receive free shipping on your parcel item. Items three pounds and under are shipped free via USPS, while parcel items above three pounds are shipped free via UPS. Free shipping is only available for the continental United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote if shipping to the following areas: Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories, and international. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility. UPS overnight is only available until 2pm EST in order for us to ship on the same day. Please call to verify we've received your overnight request. Same-day shipping for overnight shipments is not available during holidays or weekends. If you are sending to a PO Box, your purchase must be shipped via USPS-- either First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post -- without exception.

Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before & after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box/crate before opening, and the damaged product(s) after opening. Email us immediately with your order number, found on the top of your invoice, along with the images and we'll begin the claim process.
Local Pickup/Customer Arranged Shipping
Local pickup is available for those arranging their own freight carriers and direct customer pick up. If customers will require packaging for local pickup or shipping arrangements, New Life Scientific can provide packaging. Basic palletization of a product with foam cushioning is . For crating or more significant packaging, please contact us for a quote.
Special Packaging
For high value and high sensitivity items that require special packaging, we use several layers of bubble wrap and shrink wrap to seal the product in a protective bubble so the product always arrives in the condition in which you purchased it. If you check our feedback you will see we never have any of our equipment arrive damaged due to improper packaging!
International shipping
As previously stated, our standard shipping price listed is only good for the continental United States. Contact us for a quote for international shipments. All standard International Shipments do not offer confirmation or insurance, but they can be included for an additional cost. All International customers are responsible for their country's duties & taxes. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing.
International Freight
For international freight, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. If you should choose to purchase at our flat rate of ,000, please know that we will use ocean freight shipping which can take up to a month to arrive.
