No maker’s mark that I can find, only the number 48 on the bottom. Possibly resilvered.. please study photos for condition and details-. The holder itself is probably the ice bucket for the champagne bottle he is opening. The goblet by his right foot will soon be filled. 3 1/2” high but overall immeasurable antique charm.
