RARE Ornate Silver Tone Wine Bottle Holder with Monkeys & grapes

This is a truly beautiful wine bottle holder! It's in excellent condition, as you can see from the pictures. But please don't ask me what that last picture says that I took on the bottom of it, because I don't know. I can't make it out, but maybe you can. I took as clear of a picture as I could.
There are three monkeys on this holder, and the grapes will go with it.
Shipping is through USPS, priority mail. Buyer pays for shipping. I'm sorry, but I'm not shipping internationally at this time.
