Rare Cecilian Wind-Up Phonograph.
Looks to be in very good cosmetic condition.
Motor works and seems to be correct speed. Pick-up arm/tonearm was disconnected when obtained. We haven't been able to figure how to get it on properly.
Needs work, but sold cheap!
