They must be unused and still in original plastic. The tags must not be removed. Used items (even if they were only used once) will NOT be accepted.
    FOR SHOE RETURNS: Please DO NOT put the shipping label on the actual shoebox, if you are returning shoes, you must return them in a shipping bag or box, not the actual shoe box. If we receive them this way they will receive a 50% re-stocking fee.
    If the item is not as described or defective please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue. The restock fee does not apply to these items. For exchanges the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
