Packages cannot be posted outside our local USPS's drop-off hours. Last collection hours are M-F 5:00 pm EST/EDT, Sat 12:00 pm EST/EDT, no collection on Sundays and holidays.
Expected delivery date is an estimate only. Actual speed is dependent on the Postal Service and may be affected by holiday slow-downs and weather delays.Shipping is only available to the Contiguous United States. Orders placed by buyers outside of our shipping area will be canceled.

Return Policy
Please document and photograph any damage to your package when it is delivered and inspect your order as soon as possible. USPS insurance claims require documentation.
Returns must be processed through eBay. Undocumented returns shipped prior to initiating a return case may result in no refund issued.
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Return requests after 30 days will be denied.
Note: Return requests sent via eBay messages will not extend the time to file an official request; returns must be officially requested within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
For listings marked "Free Returns":
Buyer must use eBay's provided return label in order to qualify for free returns. We will not reimburse postage obtained elsewhere.
For all other listings:
Buyer is responsible for return postage. We will not provide a shipping label.
Refund Policy
Refund policy applies to all paid orders in pre-shipment, in-transit, received, and returned.
Payment processing fees may be deducted from full refund. PayPal charges a nonrefundable fee of 2.9% + $.30 on all transactions.
Refunds will NOT be issued until item is shipped back and inspected for damage. If returned item is used or damaged, we will deduct from your refund. If returned item is not the original item, refund will be denied.
