Notice:
Copper and aluminum surfaces cannot be welded, rusted surfaces cannot be welded, and smooth stainless steel surfaces can be welded normally.
One electrode of some batteries is stainless steel and the other electrode is aluminum. Our spot welding machine can weld stainless steel electrodes, and aluminum electrodes need ultrasonic welding. Please pay attention.
Again, aluminum electrodes and copper electrodes cannot be welded.
Common round batteries such as 18650 and 32650 can be welded. The two needles are pressed steadily on the nickel sheet to output welding, lift up, and then weld the next time.
Welding method: Check the welding head visually, hold it at 60° to the horizontal plane, press the two needles on the surface of the nickel sheet at the same time, and the contact is good, the current flows from one needle to the other needle, and the high current melts the nickel sheet, Thereby, the battery and the nickel sheet are welded successfully.
Spot Welder Operation Guide:
1. Short press to power on, long press to power off, and no operation for 6 minutes will automatically power off.
2. Support nickel sheet thickness 0.1-0.15mm.
3. After power on, the product is in automatic welding mode, welding once every 2 seconds.
4. When the welding head detects that it touches the metal, it can output it once, and then lift it up to weld the next time.
5. Ensure that the battery welding surface is free of rust, clean and flat.
6. Make sure the nickel sheet is clean and flat.
7. Set up the spot welding machine and press it properly so that the welding pin and the nickel sheet, the nickel sheet and the battery are in good contact, and there is no dangling and no bad contact, so that the welding can be done well. Different nickel thickness, different gears are not the better the effect of higher power, users can try which gear is more suitable.
8. Use Android mobile phone charger to charge, 5V input (higher voltage is strictly prohibited), charging current 1A, it is recommended to use 5V/2A charger. This product supports use while charging.
9. After turning on the machine, the output power of the spot welding machine can be changed by short pressing the button, and the blue light indicates the gear.
