If you check our feedback you will see we never have any of our equipment arrive damaged due to improper packaging! We receive several feedbacks stating how well it was packaged.
Standard Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping methods are chosen for you at our discretion, either by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility.
International shipping
As previously stated, our standard shipping price listed is only good for the continental United States.

All equipment purchased from Amp Tech Solutions LLC. includes a 30 day parts and labor warranty unless otherwise specified in the listing. Amp Tech Solutions LLC, warranties that should a product purchased from or repaired by us fail to meet its advertised specifications, within its stated warranty period, (period begins on shipment date) we will replace, repair or refund the product at our discretion.
Listings Sold in "NOT WORKING/PARTS ONLY" condition do not  qualify for refunds or warranty coverage of any kind.
Unless specifically stated in writing otherwise, all warranty service is performed at our facility in Orlando, Florida. Customers are responsible for all packing & transportation costs associated with the return of any item for warranty repair.
