Milled (not cast or molded like most out there) from the best alloy of aluminum available (6061 bar stock - aircraft grade), these saddles not only look beautiful, they function and sound like no other on the market today!
NEVER MOLDED, CAST OR BENT Like most other saddles out there!  HEAVY-DUTY TONE UPGRADE!
* New maximized string passover ramp milled with a special (very expensive) ball end tool that give the cut in the saddles a perfect, smooth radius that just barely breaks over the front edge of the saddle.  This cut seats the string in a centered position and doesn't allow the string to go off center like most other saddles - so when you bend, the string will sit back to its "zero position".  This cut also allows for smooth tremolo use as the string will not get caught up on edges or burrs - wearing your string more or potentially causing a string to break!  Won't happen with KGC!  Even, over time, as they wear, they actually settle in more rather than creating a sharp edge or off-center string seating.

- Improve Tone - these saddles give a full frequency tone with a piano-esque low end, a detailed midrange and a brilliant top end
