Place a teflon sheet or paper over the patch and apply an iron or heat press machine on a low heat setting to the designated area ? 3. Time: 5-10 seconds ? 4. Peel off the plastic covering and leave the patches to cool for at least 60 seconds ? 5. If the patches are not fully applied, re-cover and press for a further 5-10 seconds
? 6. Do not wash shirt for 48 hours after application I can take no responsibility for any damage to the patch/shirt upon application
