Cheney Phonograph (upright model) retailed by Berkey & Gay Furniture with inset metal tag as seen in photo (1920s and expensive when new). This item is heavy and feet buckle and should have
reinforcement. The motor's weights were replaced from another Cheney phonograph years ago, and this machine works, but might need minor adjustments. Moreover, the fabric on the grill is original and tattered (thought to keep the originality).I have owned this stylish phonograph for more than 39 years, so please ask if you have any questions.
