CAMBRIDGE GLASS ROSE POINT ETCH 2 HANDLED LOW FOOTED PLATE # 3900/131 ELEGANT
A beautiful American made elegant era glass 2 handled plate.
It was made by the Cambridge Glass Company formerly of Cambridge, Ohio.
It is made in clear or crystal colored glass and is decorated (etched) with the Cambridge Rose Point deep plate etching.
This is a high quality piece of elegant hand-made glass.
This is part of Cambridge’s # 3900 pattern line and specifically this is the # 3900/131 8” 2 Handled Footed Bonbon Plate.

Age and Condition
Circa 1930s – 1950s.
A few words about hand-made glass:
Since each piece is individually hand-made there may be slight differences between pieces in terms of height, weight, color and symmetry.
There may also be some minor factory blemishes created in the process of making the glass such as tool marks, straw marks, acid runs as well as bubbles, tiny stones and tiny black ash specs internal to the glass.
None of these will be mentioned unless I notice them and none of these are in any way considered damage.
The plate is in excellent condition.
Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of my description of these items.
There are no chips, flea bites, cracks, hairlines or repairs to the glass.
There are some minor very light signs of use to the plate.
Please keep in mind the photos may be blown up at least 8-10 times normal, so anything you see will look 8-10 times larger in the photos than it really is.
Please note: if you see a dark spot in the photos it is from my camera and is not a mark on the piece.
It will be either just to the right of center towards the bottom or slightly above center on the right side of the photo.
Approximate Dimensions
About 9.875” (25.1 cm) across the handles by about 8.5” (21.6 cm) in diameter and sits about 1.5” (3.8 cm) off the table.

About 1 pound and .5 ounces (467 grams).
