c1881 Cold Water Pitcher Ladies of the First Methodist Episcopal Church

The script is very hard to read on this so I have done my best to translate it. Marked to Rev & Mrs J G McCarty From Ladies 1st M.E. Church 1881. Has a water lily scene reminiscent of Chinese export pieces. A nice old presentation water pitcher made by the Ladies of the First Methodist Episcopal Church. Unknown by me where this church was located.
Made by Wilcox Silver Plate Co, Meriden 358 12. Multiple dings and dents throughout with one noted repair area. Plating loss and bubbling throughout the outer and inner case.  Measures about 10 1/2" high and about 10" at its widest to include the handle and spout.  Very heavy. Has a wobble to the base.
