This is a USED Tilton Magnesium bell housing, part # 53-502-1. This fits SBF engines. It will bolt up a Muncie Saginaw or a Borg Warner with GM transmission mounting holes only.
There is a crack and the throw out bearing holes have damage, see the last 2 pictures.
