This listing is for an Antique, Victorian, Folding, Biscuit Warming Box with a Shell motif. Item is marked on the bottom EPNS England, has William Adams makers mark and #411329.
This silverplate warmer is a trifold and opens to reveal 3 covered compartments with open work lids. Exterior of the warmer is composed of 3 Shell compartments on a footed framework that resemble branches. 3 Floral pulls and a ball finial accent the piece.
This measures approximately 10.5" tall, 9" wide and 9" deep when closed. When open piece is about 14" wide. It weighs about 3 lbs 2 oz.
Item is in good condition. Item could use a detailed polishing. Interior is bright and shiny. Hardware works will. I do not find dings or dents. This item has been well cared for and is a show stopping piece.
