Antique silverplate tea ball strainer missing chain

Make an offer! Gorgeous tea strainer is made with this beautiful engraving and little crosses.  It is missing its top chain  But easily replaceable. And has some kind of weird signature by the hinge. It's stunning!  Please note: I previously had this listed and someone bought it. Said it wasn't Sterling silver and completely polished all the antique patina off it even though they did not want it and returned it. I'm livid! So it is completely void of any patina that was on it. He claimed it was not Sterling silver and it was silver plate  So I am selling it as silver plate.  Even though a jeweller that I brought it to tested it as Sterling.  I normally don't like polishing the patina off like this guy did but it's beautifully shiny just like Sterling more so than silver plate but OK I'm releasing it it's gorgeous it's beautiful the chain is easily replaceable. It has the coolest look to it. Be it Sterling silver or silver plate. I am selling it as silverplate so you are buying it as silver plate.
