    Description

3 WMF Vintage Lot TEA STRAINERS w/ DRIP CUPS Silverplate ALEMANIA C.E.A.S. Mark
Three (3) vintage Silverplate Tea Strainers, complete with Drip Cups.
We are pleased to present this lot of three (3) vintage Tea Strainers for your consideration. All are Silverplate. You will receive the following:
    WMF
Tea Strainer with attached Drip Cup
. This is the most modern in the lot and is marked
    WMF
on the vertical support opposite the handle. Some light areas of tarnish, but free of any dents or damage. Very good to excellent condition.
Tea Strainer and Drip Cup marked
    ALEMANIA
. Both the Strainer and Drip Cup are marked
    ALEMANIA
    (Spanish for "Germany") with
    C.E
    . and
    A.S
. within a diamond shaped mark. Believed to be from
    WMF
, but not confirmed (we have seen other items with these marks that were also marked
    WMF
). Handle has space for monogram, but it has not been used. Medium to heavy tarnish with some areas of dried silver polish. A few tiny bumps to the surface of the Drip Cup. Very good condition overall.
Tea Strainer and Drip Cup marked
    ALEMANIA
. Similar to the item above, but a somewhat simpler design. Handle has space for monogram, but it has not been used. Medium to heavy tarnish. Inside bottom of Drip Cup looks like some of the silverplate has worn away. A few tiny bumps to the bottom surface of the Drip Cup. Good to very good condition overall.
Pictures show the actual Tea Strainers and Drip Cups you will receive.
