    19th C. Sheffield Silver-Plated Double Walled, Wine Bottle Holder, Lions' Heads
    A lovely 19th century Old Sheffield silver-plated double walled wine bottle holder with 2 handles. The outside layer is pierced and the inside layer is solid. There are lions' heads on the handles and lions' head medallions on the body of the piece.
    On the underside is the maker's mark and some numbers.
    The holder measures 6 1/2 inches tall.
    Some of the copper is showing as a result of age and cleaning but it does not detract from the beauty of this piece.
