It is easy to remove if you want to sew it

This is a High Quality Patch,
intricately patterned with 38,000 separate stitches.
It was made by Willabee and Ward in 1996
as a part of their Olympics Patch Collection released for the
1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.
