Welding Method
Welding by pushing the fixed head up or controlling by the foot pedal to meet users' different requirements.
LCD Display
Battery spot welder is equipped with current and pulse displays respectively, which enables users to have a clear understanding of the welding settings of the machine.
LED Light Function
Enhanced LED lighting version is easy to light the welding operation. Suitable for welding and assembling battery pack in low liminance environment.
18650 Lithium Batteries
The spot welder works with 18650 lithium batteries, one battery holder for 6 batteries.
Wild Application
Suitable for welding charging battery pack, button cell leads, hardware to process, etc.

How to use:
1. Insert the foot switch into the switch socket on the back of the machine;
2. Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, and start using.
Note:
1. Adjust the appropriate soldering pin spacing according to the requirements, but the solder pins or electrodes should not be touched together, which will short the current and not be soldered;
2. Check the soldering needle for carbon deposits or impurities after using for a period of time. If it is, remove it with a trowel or sandpaper;
3, the power plug needs to be plugged into a suitable voltage (special attention 220V or 110V) power outlet;
4. The power plug needs to be plugged into a power socket, such as a wall socket. Try to avoid plugging in other secondary power outlets such as electrical plugs;
5. The air switch of the use environment is recommended to be more than 30A. The spot welding machine has a large current at the moment of operation, avoiding the tripping of the machine when the working time is insufficient.
6. When testing the spot welder, it is necessary to weld the weldment for testing. Do not test the welder with no load, avoid the current without output and return the broken component.
